EA Play Joins Xbox Gamepass

EA Play joins Game Pass and adds a ton of new games to the library!

Earlier this month, Electronic Art’s subscription service—EA Play—joined in on Xbox’s Game Pass system. It brought a bunch of classics as well as newer games like Sims 4 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

EA gets a lot of flak from the gaming community, but you can’t deny that they do have at least some good games under their belt, such as Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Dante’s Inferno and the Dead Space trilogy. So, this is big addition to Game Pass.

Fallen Order

Classics Galore

While Fallen Order and Dragon Age: Inquisition are exciting titles, I’m really excited for the classics. I already played Dante’s Inferno earlier this month.

Now, I’m tackling Alice Madness Returns. I’ve never played the Dead Space games properly, so I probably hit that next. I am also excited to play the Battlefield games again.

My Friends Can Join In!

EA Play is a huge gain for Game Pass Subscribers in more ways than one. An example of this is that I enjoy playing Star Wars Battlefront II with friends. But one member of our regular crew does not own the game.

Dragon Age

Now that EA Play comes with Game Pass, he can play with the rest of us again, once he is finished playing Unravel 2 with his girlfriend as that is on EA Play as well.

Game Pass keeps bringing players together and adding another entire subscription service to the offering was a crazy idea, but they managed to pull off.

It seems that Xbox Game Pass is increasingly becoming more worthwhile as time goes on. I can’t help but wonder what’s next?
