Assassin’s Creed Post Launch Trailer Overview

A look at the post launch plans for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Nowadays, it is expected that before a game is launched, publishers release some details we of their post-launch plans. Whether it is cut content or legitimate extras will be debated forever.

Either way, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s post-launch content trailer dropped and it is looking like a lot of fun with new regions to explore and new enemies to defeat. Valhalla is looking like it will be a blast to play and Ubisoft is looking to ride the hype.

The two expansions are part of the season pass and the bonus quest is part of the Special Edition.

Wrath of The Druids

I’m excited about this one the most. Wrath of the Druids lets players explore Ireland; a mysterious and majestic land.

Players will conquer ring forts and meddle with the trading hub of Dublin. According to the developers, Ireland will feature a darker tone and a more mysterious atmosphere.

I’m expecting dense forests filled with people wearing skulls that want to kill you. The Druids were no joke, so it will be interesting to see how this expansion plays out.

Warth of Druids AC Valhalla

The Siege of Paris

This was to be expected.  Basically, the entire Reddit community anticipated something being in the game to do with the iconic Siege of Paris, which is one of the most well-known Viking raids in history.

This expansion is going to have players figure out how to take Paris from within. It will be interesting to see Paris during a different time period. Paris during the French Revolution and the Viking Expansion were vastly different.

Siege of Paris AC Valhalla

The Legend of Beowulf

This is more of a bonus quest and seems to put Evior in an investigator role after a mysterious creature has attacked some unfortunate souls. If you know anything about the actual Legend of Beowulf, then you have an idea of where this will lead.

Seasonal Content

There was also mention of seasonal events like the Yule Festival. I’m interested to see how these pan out and I think it is a good way to keep players engaged.
