It’s always an exciting time for Fortnite fans when a new update comes rolling on in. There were so many leaks this time around that I decided to break them up. The skins are getting better and better with each update and personally, I’m hoping McFarlane Toys or Jazzwares get their hands on the rights to these new characters! So, diving right into it then…
Oro
“Golden Treasure, an eternal obsession.”
Praise the sun! This guy…or thing…makes me think of the Dark Souls games, especially those dancing memes that feature the Take on me song by a-ha. I mean look at his pose in the image. How is that not a nod to the meme?
Swift
“It’s gonna be his year!”
Similar to another popular Fortnite skin, Drift, Swift boasts a similar style but looks more updated and more badass to boot.
Smoke Dragon
“Shrouded in shadows”
Another unique skin is Smoke Dragon who comes with a different style. He looks menacing to say the least, and I’m pretty sure one of my regular Fortnite squad members is currently losing his mind over this skin…I might need to go check on him.
Jade Racer
“Driving towards harmony”
This skin comes with an alternate style and would appeal to the Speedracer fans out there. Now, if only land vehicles could be added to this new season of Fortnite…
Tigress
“On the Prowl with Ancestral style”
This character is a counterpart to the Tiger skin from Chapter 1’s season eight. She has the same pattern and colour scheme. (I’m surprised she didn’t end up as a skin for a battle pass.) Anyway, for those who would like a female counterpart to Tiger, Tigress is your girl.
Gan
“Harness the graceful flow of the elements”
This skin was obviously inspired by The Last Airbender and Anime lovers will no doubt flock to the item shop when this skin rolls out.
