Capcom recently announced that another Mega Man Legacy Collection is on its way with a trailer. This time though, the collection will focus on the Mega Man Zero and ZX titles. The collection is called the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection and will be released on the PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on 21 January 2020.
The collection will include the six portable titles of the Mega Man series. This includes four from the Mega Man Zero series and two from the Mega Man ZX series. The games are Mega Man Zero, 2, 3, and 4, as well as Mega Man ZX, and Mega Man ZX Advent. This collection will include new features, such as a new competitive rush mode called Z Chaser, which allows players to complete various challenges from every game. The collection will also feature a Casual Scenario Mode as well as a Save-Assist System to help unfamiliar players.
Players will also have the opportunity to enjoy optional HD-smoothing filters, a Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection in-game gallery with more than 600 artworks as well as a music player with both the game’s original and rearranged compositions. The product description reads as “Mega Man ZX and ZX Advent continue the story, taking place several hundred years after the events of the Mega Man Zero series.”
Many fans enjoyed the previous collection of Mega Man games and will surely be looking to pick up this new collection. The collection is set to release on 21 January 2020.
