Quantic Dream has released two of their formerly PlayStation exclusive games on PC this year. Last month, Heavy Rain launched on the Epic Games Store, and now Beyond: Two Souls is available to PC players, nearly six years after it was originally released on the PlayStation 3.
Beyond: Two Souls is available through the Epic Games Store. The game is playable in 4K and runs at 60 FPS and also features support for 21:9 widescreen, along with overall improved graphics. PC players also receive the Advanced Experiments DLC when purchasing the title. The game received mixed reviews upon release but was praised at the time for its technical details. There is a free demo available, if you’re unsure about it.
If you’re not sure what Beyond: Two Souls is about, here’s some developer-provided information about the title: “ A unique psychological action thriller delivered by A-list Hollywood performance of Ellen Page, Willem Dafoe, Beyond: Two Souls takes you on a thrilling journey across the globe as you play out the remarkable life of Jodie Holmes. Born with a connection to a mysterious entity with incredible powers, Jodie is different. Your actions will determine Jodie’s fate as she faces extraordinary challenges, danger, and heart-wrenching loss on a journey to discover the truth of who she is.”
Detroit: Become Human is the only game left for Quantic Dream to release on PC but there is no word on when this will happen.
